“Hey, I’m the Pragtics mascot! Together with our team, I make sure your transformation doesn’t just exist on paper but becomes truly tangible.”
Jan Bartkowiak
I founded Pragtics GmbH in 2018 on a conviction that has not changed since: manage the system, not the people. Where things get stuck, it is rarely the people — it is the structure around them. For more than twenty years I have worked on exactly that structure: as interim CTO, as technical project lead, as a coach, usually as all three in sequence. From start-ups in scale-up mode to corporations under regulatory pressure, from organisational development through process work into systems architecture.
