I founded Pragtics GmbH in 2018 on a conviction that has not changed since: manage the system, not the people. Where things get stuck, it is rarely the people — it is the structure around them.

For more than twenty years I have worked on exactly that structure: as interim CTO, as technical project lead, as a coach, usually as all three in sequence. From start-ups in scale-up mode to corporations under regulatory pressure, from organisational development through process work into systems architecture.

This is where I write about what I see along the way: what works, what does not, and why. With numbers where I have them, and an honest assessment where I do not.
